Prior to that, worked as a Manager Trainee at Big 5 Sporting Goods from October 2013 to June 2014. Responsibilities included managing and coaching customer service representatives. Worked at OtterProducts, starting as a Customer Service Representative in August 2014 and progressing to become an Associate Manager. Worked as a Blogger at Where Goes The Road from October 2016 to May 2017, where responsibilities included writing blog posts and managing social media. Worked at Elwood Staffing as a Staffing Manager in July 2017.
